2011: a year of effort, success and applauses!

We would like to celebrate with you a year of achieved goals and accomplishments! Today we celebrate that …

* On the course that concluded in the XVII IACML in San Salvador, the Ministries of Labor reaffirmed the value of reflecting together on those issues that affect us all;

* once again we had a hemispheric joint Declaration between workers and employers;

* we carried out the first dialogue among Ministers of Labor and Ministers of Women’s Affairs;

* the RIAL was consolidated as a regional mechanism within the strategies of cooperation and institutional strengthening. Today, the Ministries are committed in supporting it, and 8 of them have already made voluntary contributions to its financing.

We thank you for your support along this year, you made it possible! We wish you happy holidays and a happy new year of peace, prosperity and much work!
