The RIAL's Fifth Call was opened from March 8 to May 4, 2026 with a total of 37 proposals of technical bilateral cooperation received. These proposals were characterized by improved justifications, a greater clarity and for reflecting a deeper comunication between Ministries involved than those presented in previous years.

As agreed by IACML authorities in the Planning Meeting held in February 2012, 10 proposals were selected for this Call:
