The RIAL has had important outcomes on the institutional strengthening of the Ministries of Labor that can be reflected in:

• Greater knowledge and additional tools for Ministries in carrying out their functions.

• Development of new products, services, and programs.

• Creation of Ministry areas, offices, and units.

• Review, modification and improvement of programs in execution.

• Design, modification and improvement of internal processes.

• Design and improvement of training activities for officials.

• Reform of the regulatory and legislative framework.

• Enhanced capacity to identify cooperation priorities and needs.

• Greater communication and cooperation between each Ministry and its peers within the region.
