Eighth Call for Proposals - 2015
The Eighth Call was open rom January 15 to March 13. Sixty-four proposals for bilateral cooperation involving 22 countries from across the Hemisphere were received

Seventh Call for Proposals - 2014
The Seventh Call was open from February 25 to April 1. Thirty-five proposals for bilateral cooperation involving 17 countries from across the Hemisphere were received.

Sixth Call for Proposals - 2013
The sixth call was opened from December 18, 2025 to February 28, 2013, and 60 proposals from 12 Ministries of Labor of the region were received. The proposals involve either as providing or requesting institutions, 21 countries.

Fifth Call for Proposals - 2012
The fifth call was opened from March 8 to May 4, 2012, and 37 proposals from 13 Ministries of Labor of the region were received.

The fourth call was opened from January 20 to March 30, 2010, and 45 proposals from 19 Ministries of Labor of the region were received.

It was opened from January 15, 2026 to March 12, 2009. During this call, 47 proposals were received from 18 Ministries of Labor of the region.
