| The RIAL Workshops and Seminars gather specialized officers of the Ministries of Labor, employers’ and workers’ representatives grouped in COSATE and CEATAL, experts from international organizations and, in some cases, civil society organizations. During these events, the most outstanding experiences of the region are presented, lessons learned are identified and a technical dialogue is maintained on priority areas for labor administration, aiming to support the Ministries in defining and reformulating policies and programs.
